The Biggest Yet

My friend Sam has been really enjoying the growth she's been experiencing. So much that she now enjoys going out with friends and showing them off to the world. She says they're fit to burst with milk, but she just smiles and takes it in stride. How much bigger would they get? Would they ever go back down to a normal size?
